期末週每個人都像被死線追著跑。最崩潰的，有時候不是報告還沒寫完，而是交件前才遇到電腦當機、檔案沒存、列印跑版或印表機卡住。
Day 17 想把這些崩潰時刻整理成一份列印前檢查清單。先做好幾個小動作，真的能少掉很多臨時慌張。
第一，檔案不要只存在桌面。建議雲端、隨身碟或手機裡至少多放一份備份，檔名也可以加日期和版本，避免交件前才找不到最新版。
第二，正式列印前先轉成 PDF。Word 或 PowerPoint 在不同電腦、不同字型或不同列印環境下可能跑版，PDF 比較能固定版面。
第三，列印前一定要看預覽。頁數、方向、圖片、表格、頁碼、封面、黑白或彩色需求都要確認，特別是老師臨時改格式時，更要重新檢查一次。
第四，預留列印時間。就算是自助列印，也可能遇到網路、付款、檔案太大、現場有人使用或需要重印的狀況。不要把列印排在最後 10 分鐘。
