剛開始推動愛印 iPrint 自助列印時，老潘常遇到一個半開玩笑、但其實很重要的問題：老闆，你這合法嗎？
老潘的回答很直接：做生意最重要的，是讓大家安心。該登記、該說明、該公開的資訊，就要老實做好。
自助列印不是只放一台機器而已。使用者會在意檔案怎麼上傳、付款怎麼完成、文件怎麼取件、現場價格怎麼看，也會在意遇到問題時能不能找到官方資訊。
所以 Day 13 想記錄的是品牌信任這件事。便宜或方便很重要，但公開透明更重要；把規矩做足，把基本流程講清楚，使用者才會放心把文件交給你。
